I LOVE uni! It's my favorite thing at a sushi bar. Can anyone tell me if the sea urchins I normally see, black and purple, on my Southern CA dives are the same ones I'm eating at the sushi bar. If so, which ones can you gather, and how do you transport and prep them so I can have the same experience on my boat as I do at the sushi bar?
