All: Diverlink may not have money, but if it's not
a corporation, they can can go after the owner's
assets (house, car, insurance, etc.)
It will be interesting to see exactly what PADI's
detailed objections to the article are. I thought
it was a pretty good article, and shows the problems
with today's SCUBA certs that give a learner's
permit and call it certification.
