skin in is the best
a semi dry has skin in seals at the wrists and ankles to prvent water from leaking in.
A skin in, the entire suit seal against your skin to help prevent water from leaking in.
I have used skin in suits exclusivly for years, and I will not own another wet suit that is not.
Aquaflite (http://AquaFlite.com/) Oceanliner suits are what I have been using with great results in recent years, but other manufacturers make skin in suits as well.
