IMO, the idea of reserves doesn't address the problem. I don't feel enough has been done through conventional methods of conserving the resource like education, size restriction, bag limits and developing an ocean management plan that doesn't take away freedom of access. John, I have heard figures like less than 10% of the total take is from sport fishing. Is that true? One other question about size restrictions. Would it help if there were not only minimum length but a maximum keeper length for some species? Whereas we are saving the big breeders. Thanks for soliciting opinion on the subject.

Steve
