I don't know where these rumors get started, but I was diving off casino point when the accident happened. He was a student in an OW class and had just finished his controlled emergency swimming ascent from 30-35 feet and complained that he could not move his legs. Several people got him out of the water and he was breathing but in shock. As of now, I don't know if he embolised or if it was decompression sickness, but he definitely was NOT diving the Suejac.
