Scubagirl I'm sorry your friend got hurt. Diving is a small community and if someone gets hurt it hurts us all.
Scubagirl it would be nice to know something about the accident. Is your friend is a Scuba instructor? Was he teaching a basic class (with 14 students all by himself)? Why was he using a rebreather in a class with situation? Had he done it before?
I hope your friend has a full recovery.
