PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be polite. Emphasize that you are a concerned member of the local ocean community, that you take commercial poaching very seriously and want them to also take it very seriously.
You should also know that this guy (is accused of) poached(-ing) a GIANT SEA BASS.
PLEASE WRITE TODAY. This case is arraigned next week and if they don't take it seriously, it could get plea bargained out next week and then just be done...
