Save the fish, I saw with my own eyes a poor Black Sea Bass with a spear hanging from his side, trying to live at Santa Rosa Saturday. This can't and will not go on, just look at all of the spearfishing meets and all the fish killed for nothing, Write you Congressman today and help stop it.
