There is a big difference between people treking with SUV's and trucks through pristine wildnerness and pulling a boat up to a reef and swimming in the water. You are comparing apples and oranges here,

To get cars into an area you need to build roads. Kind of ruins the pristine atmoshpere a little. Or one can off-road it to get in, assuming they allowed that, which they don't luckily. They don't allow vehicles cause they mess everything up and can possibly start fires during dry spells. Boats do nothing of the kind. The only issue that one could really raise at all would be damage done by the anchor.

Just because fisherman and hunters are getting the short end of the stick with these Marine Life Protected Areas, don't try and take us all down with you man! Why can't you narrow minded people see the long-term benefits that MPA's will offer. Think about the future and not just for your own greedy benefits today.
