I really don't think you could measure the
difference between two no-take zones where one is
dived and one is not. Any differences would be
far below the noise level. However, Pt. Lobos
provides an opportunity for this. The whole
Reserve is a no-take zone. Part is open to
diving, part is closed.

You just don't see anchor damage in our waters
where things grow fast. Of course, you have to
be a bit careful and not do stupid things.
However, you can (and will) believe what you like.
That doesn't make it true.
