One of the problems we get on this board is anonymous, unsupported slams of boats and shops. In this case, it sounds like you are willing to back up what you are saying and it doesn't sound good. I hope we can get a response from the shop management.
One question. What was the class you signed up for? $200+ is a bit expensive for most scuba classes.
