87% fishing licence fee increase.

The log has just posted an article about the increase in fishing licence fees.
Governer Davis signed SB 1049 on October 8th increasing the fees.
The key increase for local divers and fishermen is the elimination of the Ocean Only licence. This will increase the cost (not including stamps and extras) from $17.25 to $31.25, an 87% increase.
