Glad to see that you have joined this board. I think that your input will greatly help clear up a lot of the misconceptions between us and the F&G.
Perhaps you can explain this issue the best. As you know on the last trip you had with us I asked you a lot of questions. Most were answered in a way that anyone can understand. Although I still have a question for you that comes up all the time on the boat and I know it does on all other boats.
According to F&G it is not legal to use any “hooked” device to get any lobster. So why can’t you use a pole spear or any other stick that does not have any “hook” or spear tip on it to help get bugs?
