My buddy and I were curious. Although regular scuba divers can be spotted from the boat by looking for bubbles on the surface, since rebreathers do not create noticeable amount of exhaust bubbles, are there any special safety precautions for rebreather using divers when surfacing in an area which has some boat traffic? Especially if another boat enters the area while you’re still underwater.

Thanks.
