Mask Fogging

Just purchased a low volume, frameless mask (oceanic shadow). I love the field of view but have had a horrible time with fog. I've tried the following before each dive, to no avail:

1) Clean mask thoroughly with toothpaste (inside and out).
2) Spit
3) Various no fogs (500 psi and Sea Drops)

Had 4 years of problem-free use on my last mask... but I really want this new one to work. Any ideas?
