with them taking this woman's keys and cell phone, then throwing them in the ocean. This is pretty close to assault. I have known people with big mouths. Who could agravant a drunk into doing stupid things.
These drunks may have been jabbing it with a stick to see if it were dead. The tourist came along and blew everything out of proportion. Just speculation on my part, I see nothing in these photos to prove torture.
I have one of those cell phones with a camera. I never use it. Unless a situation like this came up. Then I know better than to confront a bunch of drunks.
If the beach has been given to seals. Then keep the people off the beach. Drunks and wild animals are not a good combination.
I have a vaque memory of diving children's cove decades ago.
