that he only charges the charterer (Sport Chalet in this case) for
where they go. So if you have a refund coming, it's from Sport
Chalet, not Tim.

And looking at the Great Escape's calendar, the vast majority
of the GE trips are charters, not open boats. Only in the case of
an open boat would you have a refund coming from Capt. Tim.
