I went out on the Explorer today, out of Ventura Harbor. Conditions were great, but the crew was hostile. They were less than helpful.They seemed like they didnt care if we had a nice day or not, and arent we the ones paying them. They should be willing to help us and take care of us. I was in shock at how little customer service they had. I will never be back out on their boat. Why go on a boat with horrible service when there are so many other local boats that have exceptional service.
