sea urchin puncture...

So.. I got my first sea urchin puncture at dive number 20 of my diving career. It is on my leg about 6 inches up from my right ankle. Strong surge pushed me back into it.

I have removed two spines without a problem with twizers. I have one more that is in there pretty good. Tried with a needle to get at it, but I was getting no where. It does not hurt, unless I touch it or but pressure on it.

Should I just leave it and but anti-bacteria cream on it? Go to the doctor on Monday and have him remove it?

Reading on DAN, it basically said that if it is not on the hand or foot, leave it alone.
