I would err on the side of caution in using what appears on the internet to make any speculations or judgments. What seems to have happened via the rumor mill, and what actually occurred may be two different things entirely. Jumping to conclusions and pointing fingers in an incident where you don't know what actually happened for the sake of "discussion" only decreases your credibility.

To learn what this accident has to offer as a learning experience I am willing to wait for the official disclosure and analysis. I would like to learn from fact and not from internet gossip. Those who were involved don't need the public rumor mill on top of everything else that they may be going through.

Responsible accident analysis has been promised to us - as hard as it might be I am willing to wait.
