Its all a pain in the arse. I only fish and dive the ocean. A few years ago the ocean only fishing license was priced fairly. Then the State made us buy the freshwater / saltwater combo. On top of this their is the ocean Enhancement stamp now a lobster card. Its all BS.

Guess the Salmon fishermen will save a little money this year. Wont have to buy Salmon cards. Oh don't tell the State F & G. Oh no they will probably be a lobster card sir charge to subsidize the loss of revenue by not selling Salmon cards.

I was looking forward to fishing Salmon this spring. Oh well.
