I've been an avid lobster diver for more than a decade & have eaten hundreds of those delicious crustaceans, cooked dozens of different ways-- but I've never experienced what my friend described. She split & broiled three tails; two were tender & perfect, the other seemed to disintegrate & get a little mushy. Anyone ever experienced this or know what it could be? They ate it anyway & no one got sick-- just curious...
