d'ville, this would be a serious problem. But to find out about this, one would have to empty and internally check a tank before and after going on a Cee-Ray dive. Did you do that? And what was the finding? Usually, water vapor is invisible.
BTW, my mom didn't teach me what your's taught you. I was taught to say what I think needs to be said, nice or not.
