I am curious as to what regulation says I can't go into a dive shop, get a nitrox fill, go to the beach or out on a boat, and dive my mix. I've herd dive shops say they can't sell nitrox because of OSHA regs and I've herd rumors that there were exceptions made to regulations for sport diving activities, but I have yet to see any citations. Now, does OSHA have real laws concerning nitrox diving or are there just rumors?
