I was thinking during finals (as I often do) about diving and different aspects. It occoured (sp) to me a fairly simple question. Is there a point at which the partial pressure of 02 is at its safe limit (1.4/1.6 whatever) yet there isn't enough O2 to be useful to a human for breathing? Just a thought.
