I know this sounds like a wierd question, but while reading the posts below I was thinking about the different types of breath holding. I have inhaled heavily under water and not exhaled for a little bit just to rise over something, but I don't think that my epiglottus (sorry for the butchered spelling) closed. It this a breath hold? Just wondering.
