I haven't posted anything here for a while. I don't want to get anybody to say anything libelous, but I have a friend who wants to get himself and his two sons OW certified, and he's thinking about going to Sport Chalet since they have a store close to his home (Brea). I remember a while back there were some threads on this BBS raising some concerns about their training. I also know what's most important is the quality of the individual instructor - one bad experience doesn't make the whole chain of stores bad. Having said that, do any of you have some objective thoughts and advice on this matter? Are there any alternative shops in that area of Orange County that could be considered?
