what is the status of taking scallops off the oil rigs...?...

God willing, i'll be diving off the oil rigs in a few weeks time and i was just wondering about scalloping there.

i can't remember if the oil rigs are currently protected yet, or not. for those in the know, what is the status of taking game off the rigs?
