I need some help from anyone who has been told their lobster was undersize and give a misdomeaner ticket. I was told by fish and game warden that my lobster was undersize..I disagreed and he took the lobster anyway. He would not let me us my gauge on the bug and when I got the citation, it shows the lobster being 1/16 of inch short..however it does not show the beginning point of the gauge. I refuse to plead guilty and they reduced the charge to an infraction. This is my first ticket and I still refused to plead guilty..It seems that even the judge at the Readiness hearing is upset that I don't have a lawyer..My next court appearance before a judge is in 2 weeks..Does anyone have any experience in this matter...Help
