Fins

Having come home to the sight of my dog chewing one of my fins in half last night I am now in search of a new set of fins...and a new dog! Since I bought my Jets I have started to see a lot of divers using split fins or force fins. Anyone have any input on conventional fins vs. split fins or force fins?
