I too would agree with the OOA policy Ken has established, but also with AA that pending circumstances 86-ing their day may be too harsh.
I assume that by lack of response from Ken regarding my situation in this thread that maybe even he is finding that sometimes just being OOA isn't grounds to 86 a person's day. There can be, while few and far between, a valid reason to end up OOA.
