No, just your name. Something to give a little credibility to your story and give the shop a way they can remember the incident and possibly give their side of the story.

Sure, but don't you think the shop has a right to defend itself? If you're allegations are true, then they're jerks and deserve to lose business. But there are always two sides to story, and your's seems awfully one sided. Someone who won't "get into the specifics" usually has something to hide.

I'm sure you have a reason. I'm just not sure what that reason really is. And I'm not crying, I'm just saying you might not be telling the whole story.
