And here is what she said (and if you really read the policy it’s what it says) the additional insured part of the policy is there to protect the additional insured from the action of the insured. The policy doesn’t protect the additional insured from there own actions.
In other words if a DM does something that causes an accident then the boat is covered, but if the boat does something that causes an accident, then the DM policy does not cover the boat.
This is what the policy says (and has said from the beginning, you need to read the fine print).
