You guys seem to be so busy bashing another dive boat, I thought maybe the Bottom Scratcher was the Iron Eagle renamed....
I do notice that the articulate response from the Bottom Scratcher did not contain a reply to the photo that was posted, so it seems as though the continued silence is an admission of guilt.
As to laws, challenging a person to a fight in a public place is merely a misdemeanor under California law, although this law does not apply 12 miles out in international waters.
There is just no way in #$?! hell that the Feds will prosecute a couple of guys for challenging eachother to a fight....so the point is moot.
