What's a safe consumption amount of lobster?

I was wondering if anybody has any info on whether or not it's bad to eat lobster frequently- like, what should a person's limit of intake be for local lobster, because of pollution reasons, like mercury and other contaminants?
Are there any recommendations on this out there?
Hope this makes sense. If not, I apologize; the mercury might have driven me nuts already.
