Equalizing your ear |

Or..???? Do you simply swallow saliva? Or, pinch your nose and gentlly pressurize??? If it is not working, what do you do? I know it depends on the condition. When everything is going well, one may not bother to think about it. But just curious...and for my reference. Thank you!
