Dear 22nd Street Mgt.

I have heard rumors for years that 22nd street landing has poor customer service.
I like to give anyone benefit of a doubt. Yet one of the guys that I go to church with took three of his boats to other berths.
Many of the whale watching folks grouse that the management is difficult to deal with.
Dive boats are leaving.

What gives? This is not appear to be sound business plan.

Customer service can break companies that rely on expendable income.
There is now a movement afoot to boycott the landing and restaurant.
This movement probably has no legs, but if I were a competitor I would exploit this issue.
It only takes a phone call, and a slow news day to really ramp this into really bad press.
Rainbow Harbor is not so far away, and now offers a whole lot of additional attractions.

Imagine instead of "No diver Parking" signs on windshields, you were to offer "Diver Valet".
Some little electric cart driven by some young kid that shuttles divers and gear to a place that you really want them to park...
The cart guy gets tips, and your business gets praises rather than boycotts.
