Since we are going to leave out personalies. I do not believe in a hard 130 ft. limit. I believe for some divers it is to far and others can bend the rules a bit. I firmly believe the effects differ from diver to diver. I have no desire to dive that deep in California waters. In tropical waters with 200 ft. visibility there is a temptation. I like this article from DAN about deep diving.
