I observe MANY divers entering with 'tubes' attached to their kit, either solo or team, boat, beach, good dive plan or free-style...lots of Signal Tubes.
My question is, what IS the proper "Response" to a DEPLOYED sausage when it could have (I believe) many 'meanings' to it's deployer: Marker for a Return Dive, Lost or Detached diver, Depth or Hang training aid, Hunting aid, Etc.. Etc....hence my question? What's the proper response to a "Safety Sausage" @ the surface with no divers surfaced observed from the beach or a boat? I bet the GUE folks have a chapter on this?
