Diving and cleavage - wetsuit choices, your opinion appreciated

I both freedive and scuba in my Picasso suit, which I love for it's flexibility. On occasion I throw on a Henderson hooded vest.

I'd like to get a wetsuit for my "amply endowed" fiancee, who stands 5'0" and 150lbs, much of it bosom.

Will I need to go custom ? I'd like 3 mil and gourmet materials.
