Because there are none.

SA's purpose is for helicoptor pilots in a ditching.
But since you can't sell to that many coptor pilots,
they market it to dumb divers.

Ken asked why no air is better than ~3ft of air. The
answer is that it leads people to show less caution than
if they did not have the perceived safety net. You
certainly see this in the SA 'testimonials.'

Proper monitoring of the SPG and/or your buddy eliminate
any value the SA offers. And small as it is, it's still
extra crap that doesn't seem to secure very well.

Remember what a full SA is equal to: 116psi of an AL80.
If you're in a position where that makes a difference,
rethink what you're doing. I stopped carrying a 13ft pony
for nearly the same reason. It's just not enough to
be necessary or terribly helpful.
