How would you hand off a bottle in an air sharing emergency if it's back mounted????
As I recall you told me you did the Moody a few weeks ago, why would you penetrate a wreck using a back mounted metal to metal connection????
Also, if you did in fact mount in in the fashion GI suggests it shouldn't cause any material drag or streamlining issues...
