Training is always a good thing; as long as it is good training and I do restpect MHK's desire for continued training
of divers and even himself. But the training must have some value.
I question value of some of the training the the DIR crowd offer.
Some of it has no place or value in dive training at all for instance MHK say he believes that ripping someones mask off when they are not expecting it
is good and valuble training. I can tell you this *idea* came from the old Navy training and they don't do it anymore (in most of thier training not all) and have'nt for a long time because of training
accidents. Using this kind of *training* is pure stupidity, and trying to justify by saying this is *real world* is even worse.
