Terry's strawberry blonde comment has got me thinking about strawberry blondes, and about teaching scuba to someone whom you really care about.
I think if someone whom I really cared about expressed an interest in learning to scuba, I would first probably spend an entire year with them just swimming, snorkeling, and freediving for abalone, before I ever LET them get near the scuba gear. Yup, an entire year.
Interesting how perspectives change when emotions become involved.
