Higher prices for HP air fills

The shops in my area have increased their prices for filling HP tanks.
$5 for a HP tank, $4 for 3000 psi or less.
There is some additional wear on their boosters when filling HP tanks.
But is 25% price increase justified for the 17% pressure difference.
