You seemed surprised when your DM asked you about what certification level a diver needed to possess to do a particular dive off your boat. You asked back, "he's certified right, yes, then what is the problem." With that in mind, do you believe that Open Water Diver qualifies a diver to dive to any depth in any environment, even though OWD training only addresses dives to 60' in open water during the day?
