Why not start making an on line list of the sites that divers would like to see "protected". Ship Rock, Bird Rock, Eagle Reef, Blue Caverns, Sea Fan Grotto, Lionhead, Long Point, Italian Gardens immediately come to my mind. Those are some of my favorite areas to photograph. Whoever the representatives of the stakeholders are are going to be, they will need a lot of input from the diving community so that they can represent the diving community.
