If we agree on the position that good training covers basics before going to use aids that make things easier (and often safer by making them easier), isn't it sad then that we can't go such a better route just because of the fear of getting sued?
The way I understand you, Ken, is that the legal system prohibits application of proper teaching methods. Sad!
