Actually, that's correct. And if you were aware of proper VIP procedures, you'd know that. VIPs expire on the FIRST of the stamped month, not the last. The only exception would be that if a VIP sticker had a specific month/day/year marking. But everyone (including us) uses month/year.

The logic is that a VIP done on 9/1/03 and one done on 9/30/03 will both be stamped 9/03. Since the Industry Standard is a visual every 12 months (not 13), the ONLY way to insure that is to assume ALL the stickers expire on the first of the stamped month.

You're gonna have to get them VIP'd at some point. I know you won't agree with this (and after all, it's ONLY life-support), but I would change your final comment to, "How chicny can one customer be?"
