My name is Fiona Ng.

I want to see if anyone can help me with this:

My sister had a scuba diving accident 6 days ago and has been unconscious since. She was diving in Catalina Island, and the oxygen tank ran out of air. She tried to swim up to the surface, and the difference in pressure (The Bends) knocked her out. Her heart stopped for 10 minutes. During the entire accident, oxygen was cut off to her brain for an unknown amount of time.

The doctors say that she has brain damage, as well as damages to the heart, lung, and liver. The doctor doesn't know when she'll wake up. She is breathing through a respirator. My sister's husband and a couple of friends were diving with her. They suspect that the oxygen gage was broken, and that's why they didn't know the tank was not full.

We want to talk to a lawyer to see if the scuba diving equipment place is at all responsible.

Does anyone here know a Personal Injury Lawyer who deals in scuba diving accidents that is in Los Angeles or California? please help. thank you
